Servicios Técnicos Auda, SL (hereinafter Auda) informs of its Privacy Policy, in order to make users aware of the treatment of their data, as well as the fundamental principles on personal data protection that applies.

The user should carefully read this Privacy Policy, in order to be informed about the rules and practices that we have developed to protect personal data, and to better understand our relationships with third parties who may have access to such data.

In any case, the user is solely responsible for the information provided on the website, and if in the future Auda wishes to use it for purposes other than those referred to, we will inform you of these new purposes and request your consent, if necessary.

WITH WHAT PURPOSE AND LEGITIMACY DO WE PROCESS THE DATA?

In Auda we can treat the personal data collected for the following purposes:

Management of consultations and other requests. Auda will carry out those data processing necessary for the attention of the query or request sent by the user through different forms provided on the website, and through the form for contact through the chat. Legitimation: Consent of the user by ticking the boxes provided in the contact forms mentioned above. Art. 6.1.a) RGPD; 

Registration as a user in our online store. We need to process your personal data, otherwise we would not be able to manage your registration. Legitimation: The processing of your data is necessary for the performance of a contract. Art. 6.1.b) RGPD;

In the event that the user chooses to use the access or login through a social network, the reason why we are entitled to process their data is the consent they give at the time of authorizing the transfer of their data from the social network. Art. 6.1.a) RGPD;

To process and execute an order. Legitimation: The processing of your data is necessary for the performance of a contract. Art. 6.1.b) RGPD;

TYPOLOGY OF THE DATA

In accordance with the aforementioned purposes, Auda processes the following categories of data:

Identifying personal data: name, surname, ID, NIE or document proving your identity, date of birth, telephone, postal address, e-mail.

The personal data or information handled by Auda may be mandatory or voluntary.

Mandatory data are those that are essential to fulfill your request. All fields marked with an (*) are mandatory. The user guarantees the authenticity and timeliness of all data provided to Auda, and will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made.

Voluntary information is information that the user is not obliged to provide in order to contact us.

In the case of providing data from a third party by the user, the user declares to have their consent, and undertakes to transfer the information contained in this Privacy Policy prior to its inclusion, exempting Auda from any liability in this regard, and personally liable to Auda for any damages that may arise in case of contravention.

HOW LONG WILL WE STORE YOUR DATA?

We only store the user’s personal information for as long as we need it in order to use it for the purpose for which it was collected, and for the legal basis for processing it in accordance with applicable law. We will keep your personal information for as long as there is a contractual and/or commercial relationship with the user, or as long as the user does not exercise his right to erasure and/or limitation of the processing of his data.

Auda has a presence on some of the major social networks on the Internet, and for which it acts as data controller in relation to the data published by Auda.

Auda will process the data in each social network according to the rules established for this purpose by each social network. Therefore, and unless otherwise stated, Auda may inform our followers in the corresponding social network, of our activities, events, and other related topics, including the attention to the follower, through the channels that the social network provides for that purpose.
